Turbine & Twin Rating

Having gained your Private Pilot Licence, you will be eligible for a multi-engine rating, not only is it an exhilarating experience to fly a twin engine aircraft but it also allows for more speed, comfort and an extra engine for that added safety and performance.

Completing a multi engine rating is a fantastic addition for a private pilot and essential for an aspiring CPL to have the competitive advantage over single engine pilots when entering the job market.

All multi-engine training at APT is completed on the Tecnam P2006T, a twin-engine four-seat aircraft with fully retractable landing gear. The superior high-wing configuration offers stability, superior cabin visibility and with its modern glass cockpit makes it perfect for airline preparation or the modern private pilot.
